They all have shotokan moves except Sagat
They're all wearing clothes except Seth

Seth obviously. He's the only robot.

Gouken only has a Shoryuken as a Super and Ultra

All of them are karate stylists (to an extent) except for Sagat. And Seth is a robot.

I'm still not sure myself.
Sagat is the only one not doing a Shoryuken specifically, I guess.
