My money's on the SDM crew. Miko can't do no shit to the Scarlet Devil even if she tried. Bad move challenging one of the most badass households in Gensokyo, Taoists.
Miko's taoist group has the greater number of "strong" people, but the SDM has THE strongest people out of all of them (Flandre, Remilia and maybe Sakuya).
I won't bet my money on anyone, but it sure as hell will be an awesome fight to watch.
Sakuya alone should be enough to take down more than half of Miko's team IMO. Hell, even Meiling alone would be enough to overpower Futo. I think we all know who the winners are.
Interesting how people blindly put their money on EoSD crew, while in fact they forgot that Yuyuko Saigyouji is also on Shinreibyou team. So, that makes TD, is the one which has the most advantages on the blue print.
Also, while EoSD only have one "brain" (or two, depends on your interpretation about Remilia). TD have Yuyuko, Miko, and Mamizou on the strategist side. So yeah, TD > EoSD. But since Sakuya is (or "was") the playable character (and Cirno too), anything can happen.
