At first, the "lyrics" looked similar to that french lullaby called "Frère Jacques". But then I remembered that characters were japanese, that the artist was most probably japanese too, and that there was no way she could be singing this.

Its not impossible, my grandfather from Belgium learned a Japanese elementary school song ( of some sort) when he was in Elementary school.
