We're watching you, scum!

First of the four concepts I'm planning to make. This is the armour-uniform of the Order of the Watch. They are the branch of Indoril who guard the City of Vivec. The other orders are of the War - taking the fight to Daedra and Sixth House, Inquisitors - interrogating, investigating, finding and condemning heretics, and Doctrine - holy warrior scholars, who's served their time first in the Watch, and then either in War or Inquisitions, and now spend their days mostly on leading House Indoril and reading sacred texts in Vivec's library.
