I see 3 posts (post #10978758 post #10995974 and this one) that could fit the tag already, but I have no idea what to name it.

Something like

leon_vs_gideon_bike_scene
leon_vs_gideon_bike_fight
leon_vs_gideon_motorcycle_fight
leon_vs_gideon_motorcycle_scene

The majority of videos on YouTube refer to that scene in a somewhat similar way.

The wiki could include a small snippet about the mod:

I'd just have the tag refer to the scene in general. Filtering can be done by adding or excluding the bicycle tag.
