Tbf when you consider that at the end of the day Frank is just a guy with a lot of guns, a Spidey who’s faced Thanos really wouldn’t consider him much of a threat

Depends on the comics. In some of the older ones they get along well enough to team up and be friendly, and I remember at least one of the newer ones Spidey seemed to have some respect for Frank despite fighting him.
