People shouldn't be using the file size to determine which is better anyway.

It looks like the previous upload was converted to jpeg and converted back to png. It still has the asset name, but the original asset didn't have those artifacts. This one should be the original asset considering it's the same file byte-for-byte as the one on The Spriter's Resource.
