I'm going to go ahead and remove all instances of the torn-legwear tag before more people get in their heads to use it. If it ever did see major use, nearly all those who tag it would just tag torn_legwear and not the type of legwear (a lot of people tag in a similar way by just tagging black_legwear and leaving out the type of legwear).
