Yay it's spring! This is my favorite time of year, when life starts to slowly return and the last of the snow melts away...

These guys sure are bright and colorful too, which I think is a great sign! Perhaps an extra-vibrant display of flora is in order these next coming months? =) (Smile)

To be honest, I was pretty disappointed over my last couple of Shiny Buddies drawings. They just didn't have that "pop" that I was looking for. This month's drawing has made me feel better.. I took a bit more time with it and I tried incorporating some small additional techniques here and there that I would like to continue to try in the future.
