Based on the text, they made them put some clothes on under the yukata for that reason alone.

I feel Yukata and gym clothes clash as each one's charms are negated by the other.

When meeting Youmu in PCB and IaMP, my first thought is "What? Sakuya mk-2?" I'm glad to see someone actually made this pairing :p
