Well it looks like Nanako is about to ruin his run by throwing that orange... Unless she's even more skilled than Yuu and she's actually made the tower by throwing them with amazing accuracy into a pile on the table.

I got the impression she was bringing in more to help her big brother, that way Yuu could make the stack even higher/continue to win at everything at all times ever.
