Best guess would be Nightingale and maybe kinda Koyanskaya(lol) but eh, both can be excused with Hans overworking himself and "omg Extra-FGO" char respectively but still p vague
Could also be a literal mannequin, who knows.

Well Somehow it seems it'll be Dantes' Drama CD instead, enough design elements coincide and the artist has drawn Dantes lookig over Hans before so I'll go with that
