I do seem to remember something that is CLOSE to this (as in, I dont really remember it being Yuri-insertion related)

I saw it an remembered the japanese paintings and figured it was parodying the art but I guess when I think of fine art parody I think western art also I have little or no knowledge of "fine" art outside the western

Nah it doesn't have to be western, but it does have to be a specific piece. Otherwise it's just style_parody.
