unfortunately, looks like this is the best source we have. @toshioart scanned the cover and uploaded it on konachan, but it's overexposed and has artifacts. i tried to filter that one quickly, so the color balance left unchanged.
upd. horiguchi's artbook has it, but textless and with less contrast. forgot to check there.
