Truth is, it actually does work. I actually did this once to study for a test, since I was busy the entirety of the day cycle. I aced it. The process assumes that you're able to control your dream states and have actually have read the study material to whatever degree neccesary for you to even vaugely remember the data. Which is easier than you'd think, once you count in the fact your sub-consiousness will provide the information for you in your dreams as long as it remembers it, and the subconsiousness remebers everything (unless you have brain damage, which is also more common that most would think). Technically speaking, anyone could try this, assuming you can figure out when you're dreaming and actually are willing to give up your stress relief. Don't do it too much, as your mind will not enter the recovery stages neccesary to support itself while you're doing it (only do it twice a week for safety). I immagine Yukari wouldn't have a problem with this however, lazy but smart people seem to take to the process better. Assuming that she actually read the material in refference, but as a scientist she makes most of it herself...
If Ran and Yukari weren't sisters in this series, then I would suspect Ran of wanting Yumemi's boundary disruptor so that she could defeat her lazy master and gain her freedom.

I'm fine with that.
And what kind of method is that? That girl has been disagreeing with my study method for a long time. I wonder if that's the reason? Please ask her yourself. She wants to broaden her views...is that it?She said "I want to broaden my views", but there's still so much more she can learn from me.That's rather questionable. To begin with, even though Ran was originally in my department, why did she go to Yumemi's research lab?ReasonOh?Sleep learning.
