I got more semi-romantic vibes out of Wulfgard's quest than I did for Yvonne, personally.

I agree with you, yvonne seek kinship and companionship but it isnt as simple as just having friends because her personnality make her not easily connect to people hence why she put so much emotions into tata and loosing them hurted her so much.
Wulfguard felt more like him creating a connection through his partnership with endmin and actually lowering his guard/persona by showing his emotions and how his two childhood friends meant so much for him. Even with giavonni betrayal, he still loved him. And the endmin sharing the burial felt more like the growth of their kinship. Yvonne felt more like a real friendship.
Bro, I ain't gonna lie, I was thinking the same thing. I said, hey yo, this thing's shorter, what the hell? Oh my God! Couldn't they at least, like turn him to ashes. Goodness gracious, dude. While the other three, they were wholesome, this one they said, nah.
I'm still deciding to think Wulfgard is Texas's descendant, because this man ain't got no riz.
