I got the two outer ones, but I can only read one kanji of the middle one. The top one is 股間パイプ - this is read as "kokan PAIPU" and means "crotch pipe". The bottom one is 胸パイプ - "mune PAIPU" or "breast pipe". The last kanji of the middle one is 動, but I can't read the rest of it.

just taking a guess, but maby bolth for the middle one?

It says "筒振動" which apparantly means "pipe vibrator". I dunno what sort of pipe he's talking about though. The kanji 筒 apparantly also means cylinder, but he's clearly using pipe in the katakana.

It takes a bit of interpretation, but maybe the middle text is simply 'Vibrator power', and the other two mean 'Direct to crotch/breasts'.
