Tokyo Fieldwork
The two members of the Hifuu Club aboard the Hiroshige:
They were on a budget sightseeing tour called "Fieldwork",
Set in the historic countryside of the former capital of Tokyo.
They split up in an all-terrain autonomous vehicle and traveled along the cracked, grass-covered remains of the circular railway line,
Visiting tourist spots reminiscent of the past,
However, Renko seemed bored with listening to the beautiful guide's synthesized voice-
And was rather engrossed in fiddling with a time-series 3D map.
As soon as the sun started to set a little after noon,
Free time began, and Renko declared that the Hifuu Club activities were about to begin,
She instructed the onboard AI to set some coordinates and headed for an area quite far from the recommended route,
When an announcement was made that they had arrived at their destination, one of the two got off in high spirits.
Their destination appeared to be a block of ruins, filled with the remains of shrines and abandoned temples.
In the slightly sweaty weather, Renko approaches the large, collapsed building in front of her,
But Merry's eyes sense something strange beyond the collapsed torii gate.
