Going to tag this seiyuu_connection because that suit is very similar to araragi_karen's clothes, and in idolmaster_xenoglossia she was voiced by kitamura_eri, who is also Karen's seiyuu. Not sure if this warrants also adding the idolmaster_xenoglossia tag... or cosplay tags.

Even though she was voiced by Kitamura in Xenoglossia, her main seiyuu is Hiromi Hirata

Yeah, this was obviously why I specifically pointed out Xenoglossia.

Anyway, I've seen been convinced that this is bruce_lee's_jumpsuit, which may or may not be huang_baoling_(cosplay).
