Those are thermal goggles from Temu, I'm pretty sure the view they provide is just that bad.

There was a vid on YouTube with the guy buying a really cheap "ultrasonic cleaner" from Temu. The thing looked like it was doing something when he turned it on, but once he opened it up (which was easy cause it was already falling apart after using it) what he found was just a motor attached to a weight that spun to give it the appearance of doing something.
