The picture on the wall looks to have 2 figures, though they seem unclear, and the person being carried by Red Desire is pretty likely Cafe's pet cat. I.e. She has cat ears and looks similar to a girl another of the artist's twitter posts that says it's Cafe's cat turned into a girl. See nothing otherwise that implies that it's SS, but might just be missing something.
