Horus realizing that the Emperor wasn't even referring to Sanguinius when he was asking "Why have you killed my son?" and was just straight-up ignoring him in favor of chatting with the Gods of Chaos had to be one of the coldest moments outside of what Amit and his primarch did to Kargos and Angron.
