I tagged this as virtual youtuber but it is not yet clear if this is just a one-off design for one of Himemori Luna's friends when she showed up on stream some time ago or a forthcoming vtuber in her own regard. My friend who shared this with me and is tuned into the VTuber-verse tells me everyone else is unsure either.
