I'm sure plenty of other people have also had this question pop up in their brains with demon \ dragon girls, and other horned humanoids.
For this specific scenario, my guess is either:
A: She sleeps facing towards the chair, like if you sleep lying on your stomach.
B: She sleeps like how you would lay back in a chair, but at a weird angle with her tail hanging off of one of the sides.
