This version has different pixels behind the alpha channel, so it doesn't get recognized as a pixel-perfect duplicate. It's also a third-party source when a first-party one is available, so there's no reason to keep this.

Even if the pixels were exactly the same, it still wouldn't be recognized as a pixel-perfect duplicate because this one was uploaded first.

I'm using "recognized as PPD" to just mean the pixel hashes being the same (meaning you'd be able to find both images when searching by pixel hash):
