I can't be too sure if this was really let's take ibuprofen together (meme) cuz the original text version tweet was deleted but I'm just gonna assume it is cuz I can't really think of other reference.
Edit: I was thinking of adding a note to re-add the text but I think that's against the rules I guess

I'm confused by your comment. Do you have the original text or not?

If you do, you can post it in a comment.
No I mean as in the original tweet with the text was deleted so I really have no clue what it's supposed to say and I'm just assuming from the pose and context it might be referencing to that, I had no real evidence other than just a guess
I mean it does look like the other let's take ibuprofen together (meme) posts like post #8730055, so I was thinking of adding this text over him as a note (the translation tool thing idk the formal name) but I think it's somewhat a third party edit
Something along the line of this, people can just left click the image if they want to hide the text so I thought it'll be fine at first but I refrain from doing so after thinking for a while

Notes are for translating text or adding annotations when appropriate (such as identifying characters, copyrights, or other images in the case of insets), not for adding content that isn't there. Adding a note to "re-add" text you don't even know was present is no better than a joke translation and would've been considered vandalism. It's a good thing you started to question yourself before adding the note.
