"Startorch Academy Winter Fair" New York Special Offline Event — Incoming Storm Notice & Schedule Adjustment

Dear Rovers,

Thank you for your support and enthusiasm for the "Startorch Academy Winter Fair" New York Special Offline Event.

According to the latest weather forecasts, New York City is expected to experience heavy snowfall on January 25 (Sunday). To ensure everyone's safety and a smooth event experience, we have worked to arrange limited schedule adjustments for attendees originally booked on that day.

Schedule Adjustment Details
We have extended the event hours on January 24 (Saturday) until 8:00 PM. If you originally reserved a ticket for January 25, you may request to move your visit to Saturday, January 24, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

To submit a request:
1. Send an email to: wutheringwavesnyevent@gmail.com
2. Include a screenshot of your January 25 booking confirmation.
3. Please note that due to venue capacity and safety regulations, adjustments are limited and will be processed in the order that emails are received. Once all available spots are filled, further requests may not be accommodated.
4. To minimize impact on Saturday's pre-scheduled attendees, all rescheduled visits will begin after 6:00 PM.

If Your Request Cannot Be Accommodated
Despite our efforts, due to weather-related constraints and venue limitations, we may not be able to fulfill all rescheduling requests. If yours cannot be approved, you are still warmly welcome to attend at your original January 25 timeslot.

We sincerely thank you for your cooperation and consideration toward fellow Rovers. Our team has endeavored to explore every possible option within safety and operational limits to support as many of you as possible.

Whether you join us on Saturday or Sunday, please travel safely, dress warmly, and allow extra time for commuting.
