I'd be around 98% certain kentllaall drew this (notably the brushwork here approximately follows logically from his past few works) but considering that tag is non grata for uploads and this work was not uploaded under that name (i dont know chinese so i dunno if the commentary is implying its a commission or what) it's not like I'm personally advocating that we tag this under that name.
