He is slamming his fist on the podium, looking to his right while speaking to some reporters, sayings "WHOEVER IT IS THAT'S BEEN PUTTING HORSE GIRLS IN THE NFL, I SWEAR ... WE WILL FIND THEM AND BRING THEM TO JUSTICE." Behind him is a wanted poster depicting him in his normal clothes doing a little peace sign and smiling, and it says "Wanted, for putting horse girls in the NFL"
