I hear it does hurt. Not like, really painfully to traumatize you like real punishments, but people say it hurts a lot.

remember the noogie (as lucas mentioned) where sumone would grind there knuckles on top of your head? Well image that but where Satori position her hands, the temple.

It's somewhat rare to see Satori in control over Koishi, so this is fresh. I also like Yamame and Kisume here.

Press your thumbs on your temples really hard. Now imagine with the whole fist and with a grinding motion. Short answer, yes it hurts but not on the level as a punch so its good to use as a playful punishment.
