In about an hour, we'll be celebrating the New Year in Japan.

This year, thanks to the global version of Uma Musume, I was really happy that so many people overseas were able to learn about the appeal of horse racing, famous Japanese horses, and my favorite, Grass Wonder.🙇
It was also really nice to see so many people overseas enjoying watching the Japan Cup, Arima Kinen, Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe and Breeders' Cup.

Also, when Grass Wonder passed away, I received so many kind comments from people overseas. Thank you so much. 🙇
Of course, I was saddened by Grass Wonder's passing, but seeing so many people overseas expressing their sadness at his passing and learning that he was a beloved figure all over the world, I was deeply moved.

I'm sure the Uma Musume content and the sport of horse racing will continue to excite us next year and beyond.

I, too, will continue to share their appeal with everyone.
I also intend to be able to draw even more beautiful pictures, and will continue to work hard to achieve that.
