I dont know about the artist, but this "cut outs" are the same that you see in the game while using skills with their affinity, so if you really interested id start looking there

Yeah, these are cuts from the game, although you don't see them all at once.

Should the game_cg tag be added?

You see them at once with the Giga attack. :)

She is capable of lowering her body temperature enough so that you don't get burned.
