I don't know how would a Labor help out on a flood, but its still a beautiful painting and message.

You're telling me, unless it's an aquatic model, the murky waters of floods can really make it difficult to tell the underlying terrain. A standard Labor would probably take a few steps before tripping over a pothole it can't see.
