Spaceship_Adrift_Return Impossible
Art I drew while thinking, "I want her to fully take in the despair that comes after checking each method one by one, more and more Xs popping up, until realizing that her final recourse is unusable."
Rather than being thrown out in just a spacesuit, I think there's something different to being set adrift in a spaceship that comes from that lingering feeling of maybe being able to make something work.
Thinking, "(Perhaps...? Is it really...?)", yet being unable to return.
Like, as opposed to just a spacesuit, you have somewhere between 10 and 20 hours until you hit the limit, so it's that much harder to give up.
There's nothing you can use to save yourself in outer space, so if you're lacking just one thing, you won't be coming back alive; I love that tingly, nervous sensation unique to space exploration.
