I seriously didn't notice anything was out of place until I reached the third panel. Being half color-blind didn't help in the slightest.

Touhou characters have very distinctive designs that allow them to be distinguished even in monochrome, but yes, sometimes I do have problems. The Prismrivers for instance.

I have a hard time with it when touhous cosplay as other touhous. Yukari as Reimu is easy to notice, but the above picture... took another look... orz
