You can see one of them in the space between the jacket and the hip.
Though the number of characters is not an indicator of this not being AI made, as the these look like a bunch of individual images piled on top of one another, mainly because of the otherwise nonsensical lighting and the awkward poses and uncomfortable positions, such as the blonde right above the prior one lying with her back on the knees of the red-haired one, or the one in the middle on the far left resting her hands behind her head but on top of someone else's head.

I said right side, not bottom right. The one missing her legs is the gray-haired red-eyed. Also there is a lot more than just these legs.

Depends on which of the two you mean. For the one beneath the pink one, probably hidden/off-screen. For the one with the black sleeves you can see part of the thigh next to the armpit of the one on top of her.

We have older, human made art where the artist forgot to draw a leg. Is there any other reason to think this is AI?

This artist has a long history of tracing. Those were just the ones where he got caught, a lot of his older works look like painted-over photos too.

Granted, this was all over ten years ago, but this is a common pattern with artists like this. They start out tracing to achieve a realistic look and then when AI comes out they switch to AI. That way they can't get called out for ripping off someone else's work.

Just look at the photorealistic lighting and the extremely detailed fabric folds and lace bra patterns. Those are classic signs of AI. If you need something specific, look closely at the fishnet pantyhose at the top and notice how weirdly inconsistent it is. Apparently he can't draw a straight line here but he can make everything else look photorealistic.
