Next up, leverage means using the money or assets you have strategically to invest and make more money. It's how a bank would make a profit: taking the money deposited in their system, making investments or giving loans to then get profits off of it.
And 3000% leverage is impossible for traditional banking. What Warspite is refering to would be forex trading, which involves high return if success or huge losses if failed. One wrong decision and Suzuya would be making this face.
