For context, the three girls depicted in this scene got kidnapped, tied up, blindfolded, and held at gunpoint in the back of a van, then transported to a warehouse...after which the captors relieved the girls of all of their restraints and left them in an unsealed room guarded by two disposable henchmen, so obviously those girls escaped with ease in the very next episode.
