🎀 the themes of this series are bringing people together using technology, self identity, and video gaming. the style takes influence from 2000’s anime and the miku design style, similar to how star twinkle takes after 80’s aesthetics.

tsunagari airi is a fully self sufficient robot being, her production being started by yuyu’s father when yuyu was just a baby. after she took over the project and finished airi, she became a real girl, one of a kind. but after a mysterious force causes discord within her home city, airi has to come to terms not only with becoming a pretty cure, but with walking the border between an entire other digital world that she hadn’t even known about before.

tsunagari yuyu grew up watching her father work on the blueprints and schematics of his dream project every day, wanting to create automatic life that could pass as a human. he had unfortunately passed away before he was able to complete the project, however. yuyu had always had an interest in robotics because of her father’s work, though, and with her mother’s approval, decided to dedicate all of her free time onward to continuing her dad’s legacy. spending all of her time working on robots, however, caused her to be socially awkward and somewhat shy.
