i thought since it's a foot fetish trampling it should be tagged femdom and if it's femdom with a guy then it's hetero, but then i looked at the other panel and that was bibidi's foot, so technically it's both hetero and yaoi and if it's not yaoi then it shouldn't be hetero either

The correct tag is bisexual male. Yes, I know it doesn't really make sense since the "bisexual" character is unconscious, but that's how it's used. Consequently, neither hetero nor yaoi would apply to this post.

Also, that's Babidi. Bibidi is his father.
