I don't know if the accent as depicted in the phonetic spelling is real or something the artist made up, but I would appreciate a second opinion on it.

Also, while the image is very similar to post #6697489, it has text that the older post didn't, namely what seems to be the character's name (Himekami) and the note about her accent.
