I'm thinking the muscular man in the upper right above the dodai is the HR director(?) in BoF2s Coliseum, but it's hard to tell unless he's saying something similar to what he did in-game.
He's the dudes that held up the platform that combatants stood on in Breath of Fire 3. If you hit them you could eventually drop the platform into the lava they were standing in.
