The reason it was released under Yostar was probably due to the political climate...either Manjuu want to rely on Yostar's name (because Azur Lane was still quite popular in Japan) and experience in publishing game to JP side or they simply doesn't have the funds to bear the risk if the game failed.

Remember, 2026 is quite a title-heavy year for Gacha genre. There's already Ananta looming in the horizon with literally F2P characters you can get by simply playing the game, there's Arknights: Endfield coming in January, there's NTE, Silver Palace and MUGEN.

How likely will Promilia crash and burn?
