Is the object in the sky a part of the Touhou-universe, or something just added by the artist? I was thinking of the Palanquin Ship, but this seems more like a spacecraft of some sort.

According to what I just read on Danbooru's tag info: "The fifth Angel, is a hollow, translucent blue octahedron. It bears an AT field so powerful that it visibly warps light passing through it."
The only reason I can't see it being tagged so is because it wasn't tagged on Pixiv.
