I like the idea of turning Black Friday into a sporting event.

turning into a sporting event? you mean it isn't already? i'm pretty sure my aunt went through ads for about 4 hours, while calling other relatives who also shop, in order to set up a plan of which stores they each should hit. They plan such that they visit different store locations of the same store, so that they can contact each other if items run out before they get to them.

Whoa, such things doesn't exist in my home country. That almost looks like a big military operation (BF-Day).

It's more of a war zone currently. A sporting event would involve both play-by-play and color commentators.
