(Sorry for the late reply. I didn't get any notification). In short the idea that artist used a real person, and made his drawing of her a lot more sexualized caused a huge argument on twitter/X. You should be able to find remnants of it through the twitter link. But in truth it's very well possible that he used an AI image of a person as a model.
