I for some reason was trying to link this two together from their mythology and kinda succeded, Kama is a male god of sex and beauty whose origins are traced to the verses of the Rig Veda and Atharva Veda, the wielder of the creative power of the universe, also describing him to have been "born at first, him neither the gods nor the fathers ever equaled" what make him share the same role of Eros in greek mythology as one of the oldest gods that even zeus fear and simultaneously being Aphrodites son and I was HA aphodite comes from Astarte who is the Phoenician name for Ishtar then I noticed this is Ereshkigal mesopotamian Persephone and everything fell apart

The simple part would just be saying that these 2 are "biological" sisters because of their host bodies. But very rarely FGO tries to tie/fuse in the host body into their deity origin, like what happened to Astraea, who thanks to Luvia's host body has a Scandinavian Origin. Despite the actual Goddess Astraea (FGO) being different (Alien robot, Greek, etc.)

They are sisters in the biological sense and aunt and niece in the mythological sense
