I'm unsure whether this is a commission or not. The user who posted it to Discord didn't specify, and I couldn't find it on any of Miyukiko's accounts. I've tagged this post with third-party source for now, but if anyone can prove it was commissioned, feel free to replace it with second-party source + commission.
