    ...Out of curiosity... has the story EVER been told with those hands coming out of the gap?

    Is it Maribel, potentially, entering into Gensokyo by means of her dreams (of which, I'm thinking that dreams are supposed to be able cross the boundaries between reality and fantasy, seeing as they are clearly fantasy, but are also real, that is to say... a dream is a dream)? Or is it Yukari's hidden self or, rather, her gap taking on a life of it's own?

    Does anybody know what's the deal with those hands, or have any idea on who, or what, they could belong to?
