Story:

The spacious Ferris wheel cabin was just big enough for everyone to squeeze into the same compartment. They were chattering loudly as they tried to figure out where to sit, crowded yet perfectly at ease with one another. As they looked up at the cabins hanging high above, someone wondered why the Ferris wheel still hadn’t started moving after a long while, until-

“Hmm? Cyrene? Where is partner and Lady Tribbie? Did they… not get on?”

Just as everyone realised the two of them were missing, a loud shout came from below:

“Grayie, hurry and press the button!”

“On it, Captain! All systems ready!” The Trailblazer called out, fired up and followed Tribbie’s command.

The moment the button was pressed, thousands of fireworks burst open across the deepened rose-tinted sky at once.

Controlling the Ferris wheel’s operation, the Trailblazer seized the brief opening to hurry into the cabin with Tribbie and join the others. Only after what felt like ages did the cabin finally begin to rise… carrying everyone gently upward toward the sky.

“We’re back!” the Trailblazer and Tribbie squeezed themselves into the already packed seats.

“It has been a bitter wait, partner.” Phainon said this with a small smile.

Stuffed with everyone, and Mem - the cabin was crowded and lively than ever. In that moment, it felt as though they held the entire theme park in their hands, and the world below had grown minuscule. They gazed at the tiny points of light beneath their feet, the scenery stretching outward as the cabin rose higher… those sparkling dots, were they the stars Cyrene often spoke of?

They simply breathed in that moment. Some admired the view quietly; some hugged the plushies and prizes they’d won; some recorded everything through their cameras and livestreams; and some told jokes so terrible they sent a chill through the cabin.

“These past days, your surprises came one after another. You never gave me a chance to catch my breath~ And, I wasn’t slacking off either, you know♪”

With that, Cyrene took out a book and handed it to everyone. She exchanged a smile with March 7th, and the title instantly felt familiar-

“Where have we heard this title before?” Anaxa murmured.

“Wait… As I’ve Written… isn’t this the one-” The Trailblazer stared at the cover in astonishment.

“That’s right~ It’s from that movie ‘Nameless Faces’ we watched last time. The Trailblazer adapted it from the original book♪ Quite the surprise, isn’t it?” Cyrene explained, eyes curved in amusement as March encouraged her. The others turned toward the pair.

“Hey, don’t look at me.” March 7th quickly pointed at Cyrene. “All of this was Cyrene's idea! I only helped organise the photos we took. Let's take a look at the surprise she has prepared!”

"March, you’re too humble. This is something we did together, not just you and me, but all of us♪"

When they opened the pages, it wasn’t the text of “As I’ve Written” at all. Instead, they saw:

“Light.”

“Sky.”

“Sea.”

Inside the cramped Ferris wheel cabin, they flipped page after page… one photo after another, each belonging to them, to us.

“Stars.”

“Seeds.”

“Flowers.”

"Underneath each photo, Miss Cyrene’s neat handwriting recorded everyone’s journey…" Dan Heng observed closely. "I didn’t expect that, even as an internet influencer and a park ambassador, she still keeps the habit of writing."

“Bird.”

“Hope.”

“Love.”

"Such words of beauty…were how I first imagined the world."

"For as long as I can remember…I’ve used them to tell the stories of us."

"And now, at the end of the theme park, this is the last one…a story about “tomorrow,” …dedicated to you."

As everyone flipped through the photos, it was like walking through the timeline all over again, caught in a whirlpool of memories.

Cipher: "Huh! Big sis Tribbie actually used to be a nurse~"

Phainon: "Hysilens really is talented! Haha… even played electric guitar, no wonder she knows so many instruments!"

Castorice: "Lord Cipher… you never told me you were a national marathon champion…That’s amazing..."

Mydei: "Cerydra even climbed high peaks to see the aurora, that’s an admirable feat."

"Hmph. To me, that’s nothing. Face your greatest fear, conquer the giant in your heart, then climb it, dominate it!" Cerydra raised her voice passionately, satisfied, silencing everyone else.

"...I remember this one, our first performance on stage before the Orchestral Hall was completed…" Hysilens said as she reminisced the fond memories.

"Cifera, sleeping is one thing, but reading upside down too?" Aglaea displayed a rare laughter as she flicked on the pages.

"Hey, hey, seamstress, weren’t you secretly weaving during class too?" Cipher recalled.

"Don’t be fooled by the Deliverer's serious look. He just wanted class to end so he could play basketball," Mydei said.

"...Hey, at least I listened properly! Unlike you, who once raised your hand to ask the teacher to let everyone leave early, and got punished for it, hahaha." Phainon retorted with a soft laugh.

Dan Heng showed off his water gun souvenir and his Seal Slammers glasses from the games he won, “One day, I'd like to try Whack-A-Lygusmyself too.”

Mydei: “Punch-A-Caenis was a lot of fun too, I recommend that.”

Tribbie: “Hehe~ I can never forget how happy Naxy was when he explored the Dromas Treasure Island with us!”

Hyacine: “The flower tunnel leading to the galaxy of stars inside the Orchestra hall is so enchanting too…and everyone pulled off the surprise beautifully…”

Cyrene: “Everyone donned in such exquisite dresses and gowns for the Masquerade Ball. ♪”

Trailblazer: “Partner, you should dress like that more often, I'm sure it'll boost our Theme Park sales.” (They all turned and looked at Phainon and nodded their heads in unison)

Phainon let out a shy little laugh. “Haha… that look I wore that day actually took quite a bit of work. But if people enjoyed it, maybe I’ll show up like that again sometimes. Still… what really stuck with me wasn’t the outfit. It was the moment when we grabbed the ramen together after the dance. It was so unexpected and ordinary… yet somehow, it’s one of the moments I remember the most.”

A soft blush touched his cheeks, warmth settling in beneath it.

Their chattering went on for hours until they all lost track of time, each memory leading to another. It felt like an never-ending stream of fireworks sparking across the skies as the Ferris wheel spun on and on.

"Especially after watching Nameless Faces together… That's when this idea came to me. If, like the ripples of the past reverie, I could observe and record our footprints, not with phones nor streaming cameras, but writing it out, one by one, a story unique to only us-" Cyrene watched everyone as she continued.

"Look, isn’t this… our very own “As I’ve Written”?"

Birds flew over the distant horizon. Fireworks still blazed brilliantly. Everyone smiled at each other, feeling the Ferris wheel slow and descend, as if time itself were pausing for them. Listening to Cyrene’s words, they relived past and present, letting memories and emotions settle, intertwine, and linger in their hearts.

Cyrene looked upon all of her friends. Being amongst them, she is as happy as she can be. And yet, sometimes her mind wanders.

Cyrene: “I’ve always thought about this one question,”

“What would our lives be like if we never met each other?” Compared with being alone, the fireworks look even more breathtaking with friends.

Trailblazer: “OI MY BAT- ahem MY STICK!”

Phainon: “I’m only borrowing it, Partner! I’ll give it back, promise!”

Dan Heng, sighing: “Please actually give it back, I do not want to hear them whine about it later.”

Mydei: “HKS, what are you even gonna do with that-”

Phainon had stolen the Trailblazer’s bat- ahem, Stick, and they’re trying to get it back. Dan Heng is done with their antics and Mydei looks one second away from reprimanding Phainon [and the Trailblazer for good measure]

“The serendipity of encounters and these ordinary days exude the brilliance of miracles.”

Cipher: “Nyahahaha~ Come on princess homebody~ It’s just a game~”

Castorice: “B-but I… I can’t…”

Hyacine: “They look so cute Cassie, but harden your heart! The plush is one smack away!”

Cipher was manning a game booth, with Castorice playing to get the plushie, Hyacine cheering her on.

“Though the wishes made can hardly come true in a short time, the seed named willpower has taken deep roots and sprouted in the heart.”
